2-Year Limited Warranty

HENINKO provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

This warranty covers defects related to:

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Defective materials
  • Workmanship issues
  • Product defects that affect normal use under intended conditions

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
  • Damage caused by improper use or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
  • Damage caused by external factors beyond normal use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Once we receive your information, our team will review the claim and determine the appropriate solution.

Warranty Resolution

If the claim is approved, HENINKO may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the defective product
  • Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable

Warranty Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 3–7 business days after receiving all required information.

Additional information may be requested if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from HENINKO and only to the original purchaser.

HENINKO's responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product.
