Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
